Sending a file via FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
Sending your files via the Internet is easy using our FTP site. The site is fully password-protected with unique folders for each of our customers. To obtain a personal folder, just contact your sales rep or customer service. You will receive a username and password, and be given all of the information you need to upload your files.

Be sure to compress your files using one of the standard compression utilities (Stuffit’s .sea, .sit, or .hqx files, or .zip (“Compress”) in Mac OS; or .zip files with Microsoft Windows). If you don't have a compression utility, several are available free at download.com.

Use a standard FTP application, such as Fetch (for the Mac OS) or FTP Voyager (for Windows) to upload files. Avoid using your Web browser or other FTP applications, as these can yield unexpected results.
